It’s hard not to notice the shoes worn by The Beat Freaks in the World Of Dance, Pomona photos. These colorful sneakers are made by Groove Footwear. Based in Orange County, CA, the line was founded in May 2004 by Leo Capulong. Later joined by Marisol Vasquez and Robert O’Hara, they set to create a company that brings fashionable shoes to young girls and embraces customer service as a priority. According to the Groove Footwear website,
Our shoes are inspired by the catwalks of Paris and Milan, the streets of Tokyo and the laidback style of Southern California.

Groove shoes also include boots, flats, sandals, heels, and more. You can find them at the Groove Footwear online store, including:
- Attitude in red worn by Keeley
- Maryss and Teresa wearing Phunk
